Paula M. Allen, ACMC, MNLP

My life journey has brought me into a place of intentional living.  My mission in life is to assist others overcome happenstance lifestyles and live life on purpose.   I have a Christian world-view and  was ordained in the ministry in 1990.  I am involved in bi-vocational ministry and currently serve as state director for the Healing Rooms in the state Alaska along with my husband Gary. 

My  professional  experience includes over 33 years  in business administration and 20+ years experience in the ministry. I have coached many start-up businesses,  into their desired outcomes. Over the years I have  served in numerous civic, social and professional  organizations, traveled internationally, and have been a frequent motivational speaker and teacher at  business conferences, webinars, seminars, churches, retreats, teleclasses, and professional trainings. One of the unique characteristics about my coaching style is the ability to tune into "flow" and create a space of grace for each individual.  No two people are alike, and each coaching plan is customized to meet the need of each  individual.  I tap into  Holy Spirit, directing my clients to follow the flow of the Spirit, and encourage them to invite Jesus onto the scene.  We follow Holy Spirit into the desired outcome.

I received my   Master NLP Practitioner certification from the Patterns for Renewing Your Mind International and Meta Coach Certification through the International Society of Neuro-Semantics.  I am a member of the Meta Coaching Foundation and International Coaching Federation.
